MBi Nutraceuticals is a contract manufacturer of dietary supplements and personal care products. In simpler terms, we help companies and entrepreneurs create and manufacture products that enhance the wellness of their customers. Founded in 1985, we are a family-owned business located in Lindon, Utah, and we have served hundreds of clients, both domestic and international.
We enjoy solving unique manufacturing challenges, and we hold our customers’ products to the highest standards of quality and efficacy. We carefully test products at several points during and after production to be sure they are safe, and that they meet our clients’ specifications. Throughout the entire process, we strive to give our clients a positive experience—from planning and development to manufacturing, testing, and shipping.
Our specialties include skin care products, natural cosmetics, and nutraceutical supplements. Customers can choose to deliver products in vegetarian and gelatin capsules, liquids, tablets, gels, creams, and lotions in many sizes and shapes. We can output 75,000 units per day.
Creating New Products from Customer Ideas
If you have a new product idea, we can help you bring it to life. Our team of phytochemistry and microbiology experts take your idea and formulate a product that’s both safe and effective. From that formulation, we produce samples that can be used for testing, proof of concept, and quality assurance. Once we have your approval on the product, we begin production in our certified cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) manufacturing plant.
After production, we handle the whole packaging process with our automated system. We can bottle, label, and box the product, and have it ready for shipping. We can even help you design packaging that fits the product, as well as FDA-compliant labels. Lastly, we can even help you price the product, to ensure you will have adequate profit margins while still maintaining affordability for the customer.
Troubleshooting and Improving Existing Products
Some clients come to us to improve products that have developed problems. We start by reviewing the formula to identify problem areas. Once the problem has been identified, we can make adjustments, recommendations, and reformulations, based on our 30 years of formulation experience. Then, we work tirelessly to ensure that the finished product works at peak efficacy and is formulated with the best raw materials available.
